Ministry of Oil announces resumption of North Gas production after successful maintenance

The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced the resumption of work on the “1000” production line of the North Gas Company after completing the scheduled maintenance work within 21 days, instead of a whole month. The Undersecretary of the Ministry for Gas Affairs, Izzat Saber, confirmed that the resumption of work reflects the ministry’s keenness to develop the gas sector and support governmental and civil sectors. The production line began operating gradually on November 17, to supply power plants and citizens with dry and liquid gas. Saber praised the efforts of the engineering and technical cadres who worked around the clock to achieve this achievement.
